* Upright pianos are measured by height. Grand pianos are measured by length.
* One free tuning included in rental price.
** Additional charges apply to move up flights of stairs. Some New York City buildings have staircases with landings that change direction. Due to the difficulty of moving a piano up this type of staircase, a "per landing charge" is also added to the delivery fee.
