* Upright pianos are measured by height. Grand pianos are measured by length. * Tuning not included in rental price. ** Additional charges apply to move up flights of stairs. Some New York City buildings have staircases with landings that change direction. Due to the difficulty of moving a piano up this type of staircase, a "landing charge" is added to the delivery fee.
